Medical Representative
About the role
Aignosis is looking for a Medical Representative to build relationships with pediatricians, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers, driving adoption of our AI-powered early autism and neurodevelopmental screening solutions. You will be the face of Aignosis in the field, educating healthcare providers and converting them into long-term partners.
What you'll do
Visit pediatricians, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers to introduce and promote Aignosis's screening platform
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare decision-makers
Conduct product demonstrations and explain clinical and technical benefits to healthcare professionals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/adoption targets within the assigned territory
Gather field feedback from clinicians and relay it to the product team
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions in the CRM
Represent Aignosis at medical conferences, camps, and healthcare events
What we're looking for
1 to 3 years of experience as a medical representative or in pharma/healthcare sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
A two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred)
English is mandatory for all locations, along with working proficiency in the local language of the assigned city (Tamil for Chennai, Kannada for Bangalore, Marathi for Pune and Mumbai, Hindi for Delhi)
Nice to have
Existing network of pediatricians or healthcare providers
A science, pharmacy, or life sciences background
Prior experience selling diagnostic or medical devices
